The tag fairy. She goes around and gives it to you in different colors. She puts something you said, implied, or had in your siggy. Or you can even make a request. She's awesome but she rarely comes on the TB. She usually comes to the TB on a tagging spree, gives out a pluthera of tags to certain DISers, and then doesn't return for months!
