Woohoo! The house is ready!! **Got first viewing tonight!**

Well, as some of you know, we are selling our house, and moving in with my parents for a year so we can save up so we can move back to Milton Keynes.

The house needed a quick spruce up which also included painting and glossing our 3 bedrooms and doing some finishing off of other little jobs in the kitchen, garden etc.

Well, we gave ourselves a budget of £100 and until the end of April to do it, but as of about 30 mins ago - it's all done.

So we are well ahead of a target and it ended up costing us about £110 so we are pretty pleased with ourselves.

It took a lot of hard work and time in the evenings when we really just fancied chilling out, but it's ready and the estate agent is coming over at half 4 today to officially put it on the market.

I took today off and spent since 8am completely spring cleaning the place.

It looks so nice, I don't want to eat or drink anything in case I make a mess!!

Well, the house went on the market on Tuesday 9am.
Had a viewing on Wed evening.
Had a call Thurs at 9am to say they really liked it and what was our position.
Had an offer put in on Fri at 12pm, and after a bit of going back and forth, managed to get them to pay under £495 under the asking price!!

So it's now SOLD.

Well, that was bl**dy easy!

They only have someone buying their house (1st time buyers) and they are buying ours, and aren't buying yet so nice small chain luckily and everyone wants to move quick so we could be out by 4-6 weeks time according to the estate agents. I am thinking it will be 6-8 weeks but you never know.

Let the packing commence!
