We booked our trip today through Dreams Unlimited. Thanks to all the very kind folks who helped us plan our trip and all the advice given. We really appreciate it!.....

Dreams Unlimited is great. We have used them 3 times so far ( 2xs for WDW and 1 for DCL). The service is awesome. Enjoy your trip!!!!!!!

What made you choose Dreams Unlimited....and did you save more $$$$ with them vs. AAA??

I just posted a thread about a week ago as to why I switched to Dreams Unlimited here it is


"I am not going to go into detail...just got back from the dentist....however I asked for a quote from AMA and she copied and pasted everything off the web I have access to and that was my quote then said Air Canda does not fly to Orlando in the winter. I originally wanted Westjet but could not get the direct flight I needed. I went to the Air Canada website and got a quote for direct flights 1000 dollars cheaper than what AMA quoted me. I told my local AMA agent that and she said that was impossible and put me on hold and came back and defiantly told me I was correct. After a little chittychat I said what incentive is their for me to book through AMA and she said...well rember hurricane Katrina...when it hit all AMA members were evacuated while others were scrambling ...and I said well that's odd because the last time we booked a Disney vacation through AMA our agent abandoned us after completely messing up park tickets, vehicle rentals and flights. She replied she would get back to me today and she did with a quote that could not match with what I can get elsewhere. AMA is not willing to update the way they book travel and are not willing to be internet savy enough to provide good solid packages. Needless to say I swore I wasn't going to go into detail but the level of customer service at AMA is so arrogant I am simply taking my business elsewher and have contacted Dreams Unlimited. Sorry for venting but I thought you needed to know!.."

That in a nutshell is why I do not even waste my time with Ama. It was 300 dollars more to go with Dreams Unlimited but I would pay even more than that because I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about them. They are courteous, professional, NOT arrogant and put the customers needs first! You honestly really do not save little if any money through AMA. They have been advertising these AMA only perks for years. The reality is a non AMA member can get these perks on their own and get a much better deal elsewhere. I am sure there are plenty of good AMA agents however they are swimming upstream in a sea of red tape with their hands tied because they have nothing left to offer.
