Does anyone know what time Woody's Lunchbox switches over from breakfast to lunch? Thanks!

The Disney app has breakfast ending at 10:30am and lunch beginning at 10:45am.

I really wish they would have the whole menu all the time. I want to try it during Passholder Play Time, but the tarts are out as those are about the only dish that cannot be made gluten free (per Fairy Tale Foodie they have Udi's bread and so can do pretty much any sandwich gluten-free) I have to be in the right mood for eggs, so I'm doubting that tot and egg dish will work (dedicated fryer, no gravy or sauce for gluten free), and I'd rather not do super sweet at breakfast...but I guess I'll have to since I plan to pretty much escape Studios once I'm done with Play Time so I won't be hanging around for lunch. :(

According to the Disney Food blog, the tots here are baked, not fried.
