Woo! Paid Off the Cruise!

I just got off the phone with my TA, and paid off our 10/30/04 Eastern cruise! I'm taking DW, DD and SiL, plus our two grandaughters. There were a few rough moments where it looked like we might cancel due to DD's finances, but we're going baby! Expect to see more of me on this board for the next couple of months.

I posted there way back when I first booked the trip. But we had come so close to cancelling so many times that I haven't visited the thread for a long time. Now I can!

And this may fall under the category of TMI, but I need to vent a little about kids now days. In case somebody I know visits the DIS, I'll put this in a small font and maybe they won't notice.

We're paying for the cruise, the flights, the excursions, a limo to/from the ship, three nights at the Boardwalk Villas and park passes. Our DD and Sil just need to pay for their expenses. And we still almost had to cancel because of DD's financial woes. They just didn't think they had enough money to do the things they wanted to do, and said they'd rather not go. So I sat down with her and went over what she planned to spend, and one of the items was buying a $1500 ring in St. Thomas!!!

But everything is now worked out.
