lol, I did all my washing, ironing, and although not officially starting my diet until tomorrow, I thought I would do an hour of my Zumba (which nearly killed me) and then rewarded myself with a slice of cheesecake for my efforts

No treats from tomorrow onwards though

I was starting to feel like there was an "IN" crowd and I wasnt part of it

I even had to go and walk the dog to pass the time.

It's true what they say. You don't realise how much you will miss something until it's gone

I got on ok this morning then I noticed on Facebook that people weren't able to get on Dis so I came back to Dis and couldn't get on again. So I was the in crowd for a very short time then out on my ear

Glad it's all back to normal again
