I just did my taxes and I am getting enough back to pay for my WHOLE UNIVERSAL TRIP IN JUNE! I dont know if my accountant is psychic or what but the amount is almost identical to the budget I worked out. Shucks ...I may have enough left over to get myself one of those fancy pedicures before I go!

I got enough back to pay for a nice USO trip after reporting all of the hurricane damage. Too bad I had to spend it on a roof.

for you....congrats!!! But, I wouldn't get that pedi TOO close to vacation...always better to have a little calous before walking around on yer feet all day!!

Get a Pedicure before going. That is not true about calous (yuck) on your feet. I get a pedicure every 2 weeks and I walk 4 miles on the treadmill everyday. There is no calous on my feet and I don't have a problem with them. Even in regular shoes I walk a lot and never have a problem.

What I meant was, if you don't get a pedi regularly and you DO have callouses (or toughened skin), if you get a pedi and your feet are smooth and soft, (if you're not used to having feet like that), and you walk around all day, then you are at risk of blisters. In my profession, I see/hear this all the time.
