Woo-hoo! Doing the unexpected money dance!

Last year I had a couple of teeth pulled. One was a broken tooth and 2 were wisdom (that explains alot). Because I am such a baby I wanted to be put out. So, My medical covers the wisdom part and dental the other.

So we went through the whole insurance screw ups. Last I knew (over 6 months ago) everything was worked out.

So today I go to my mailbox and there's a check from the Oral Surgeon. I figure a couple of bucks or something.

Nope! $285! I couldn't believe it! I called the office to verify and they said everything is done and finalized and that's all mine!
Woo-hoo! And guess who has a Disney trip in August....

August 19-25. I bumped up a bit so we could get to MGM and catch the last day of Millionaire. That's one of our favorite things to do. I'm going to miss it!

It must be our week! Saturdays mail brought 5 WEEKS pay from a job I quit 5 MONTHS ago. I knew I was owed 4 wks vacation, but NEVER expected to see it from jerk boss. Also received pay for 5 unused sick days.

I was SURPRISED to say the least!

It is the week. My DH is on social security disability and we get a small check every month for our DD. He called me the other day as an additional check showed up for $280.
I'm afraid to let him cash it. A letter usually shows up a couple of days later explaining the change but so far no letter.
I told him to sock it away in the bank. Figure the government will come after us for it.
