Wonderland tea party help

We are putting this trip together kind of last minute and grandma has decided that the girls would love the tea party. As my sister and I suspected it is booked during our trip-11/27-12/3. If anyone has any suggestions or hints we would appreciate it. Thanks!

I have been calling everyday looking for a cancellation for THANKSGIVING DAY for the Pirate Cruise.

I plan to call when we arrive as they have a 24 hour cancellation Policy.

Wfbnancy, I would call at least once a week looking for cancellations, then, once you're actually on vacation, call daily. On my last trip, I had the Tea Party booked for three children, but once our vacation began, two of the children in my party decided that they wanted to go horseback riding instead. I called and changed my Wonderland Tea Party reservation from "3" to "1." Hopefully two other children were able to snag those reservations that I freed up. If you can't get the Wonderland Tea Party, perhaps you, their grandmother, and the girls could go to Tea at the Grand Floridian one afternoon? No, there won't be any characters, but they could still have their tea party!

Eeyore0062, excellent suggestion. I am actually considering doing that very thing on the day of my daughter's Tea Party & Cooking Class. I figure we'll try it right before dinnertime and make a meal out of it.
