Or, if you do need to call Disney Dining while you are there, my recommendation would be to do it from your cell phone while you wait in line for Mission Space.

I certainly wouldn't leave California Grill off the PS list. Remember, locals will go here for dinner on the weekends as well as those visiting Disney. I always have hard time getting in here no matter what time of year it is because I usually don't plan my trips 90 days out as we only live 3 hours away. I called 45 days out of our March trip and I can't get a table to 5 and didn't get anywhere near the time I wanted for the 2 of us. The hotels are not very busy when we're there, so go figure.
