Wondering how to make a "cling" for my car window with the great designs I've gotten?

I read somewhere about clings you can make to put on her car windows or resort windows out of the designs we have gotten from these wonderful designers. But not sure how to go about making one. Anyone have suggestions or, better yet, pictures of the finished product??

Wonder where we can buy the clingy paper stuff// Michaels, Joanns or AC Moore? I love this idea

I think a read a post somewhere on here about maybe getting them at Office Depot, Staples, etc.? I'm gonna check there and see.

I just read somewhere the other day that you can get that type of paper at Staples or Office Depot.
