Wondering about Shula's and Camp Dolphin

Just wondering when we go to Shula's do we tell the CM at Camp Dolphin we want our kids to eat dinner or do they do they have dinner regardless? and what is the dinner time for Camp Dolphin so we can schedule ours at the same time.
