I still haven't received mine. I called the automated toll free customer support number, but they didn't have a record of it under my phone number. I emailed customer service and they asked me to fax them a copy of my confirmation email which I did today. Hope it gets here soon.....actually, just hope it gets here! I got mine about 2 weeks ago but just installed it today. I really like them! The keys on the keyboard are a little small, especially compared to the (very) old Dell I've been using lately. But the mouse is great. It's optical, so no ball to get messed up with cat hairs!
