I was looking around the Disneyland website's section for "Guests with Disabilities" and I discovered something I had not seen before. There are videos, about a dozen of them, which show different accessible features of rides and attractions. These, of course, are not the only options, but it does give an idea of what to expect and some of the most popular, and some of the most difficult transfers. Here is a list of the attractions featured in the videos.
Red Car
Luigi's Flying Tires
Star Tours
Little Mermaid
Grizzly River Run (transfer seat)
Toy Story Mania (two different videos)
Space Mountain (transfer seat)
Splash Mountain (w and w/o transfer seat)
BTMRR
Buzz Lightyear
California Screamin
It's a Small World
Soarin' over California

At the bottom of the large photo slideshow at the top of the page, you will see a button that says "video." Click that, and you will see all the awesome videos to choose from.
There are also videos to choose from on the Hearing Disabilities and Visual Disabilities sections.
Here is the Hearing Disabilities link, with videos featuring the amazing interpreter (and my friend) Gilberto.

And here is the Visual Disabilities link - if you click on the video option, it will give an example of the audio description of areas and attractions.

I am not sure if Disney World has the same thing on its page, but I wanted to share this, as it really does show some very helpful things that even I did not know existed to help.
