Hi ya'll. We booked this cruise last week. My DH(Bill) & myself(Betty) will be celebrating our 39th anniversary. Looking forward to chatting with all of you.

we are so glad you are joining us. We will be celebrating 32 years later next year with a cruise thru the Panama Canal in May.

Okay we're all booked! There are four of us: Myself, DH, Sophia (age 8), and Tommy (age 7 by cruise time). We do not have an assigned stateroom # yet (GTY) but as soon as I do I'll post it

I'm so excited!!!!!!!! We are literally not going to tell our kids about the cruise until we get off the plane and maybe not even until the port (depending on which transportation we take). I'm not sure how I'm ever gonna pull this off but I can't wait to see their little faces!!!

Happy Sunday everyone. Just booked this cruise - our 6th Disney Cruise. We live in Frisco, Texas (Dallas suburb). It will be myself, my wife, DD26 (special needs), DS 7, my 13 year old niece, and my 8 year old nephew. After the cruise we are flying to Orlando for 5 days (Saratoga Treehouse) and then back to Dallas.
Looking forward to get to know y'all. These groups care oftentimes amazing. Two of my previous groups Facebook pages are still incredible active after 2 and 3 years!

SO first, thank you for the responses. I talked with some other folks and given what you said here we are booking tomorrow for this cruise. I mean we don't know what we aren't getting if we haven't been on the Dream. We can always do it if we decide in the future to do another cruise.

Yes, I would like to be added to the FE list. I have a year to figure out what to do so seems like I can get it done. But as always, we will probably wait until the last minute.

I saw on some other boards a kids thread for those on the cruise. I'm interested in doing that for my daughter (I will probably have to do most of the typing for her since she is only 8), but she is an only child and a little scared of the kids club and being by herself. So would really like to find some kids about her age that she "knows" before boarding. I haven't seen many families with young ones on this thread yet, but let me know.

Thanks again to those that answered by questions. Seems weird to book a vacation so far in advance but glad to get to know ya'll during this time.

Hello DIS cruisers!

Our family is considering joining y'all on this cruise out of Galveston ... We haven't pulled the trigger yet.

I have a question: On the Disney Cruise website, the itinerary shows that the ship will pull into St. Thomas, USVI around 12:15 AM (late night) on Friday, January 8th -- meaning the ship will remain in port for a full 17.5 hours that day. However, all of the various online travel websites show a much shorter port time, with the ship not docking at St. Thomas until 12:15 PM (providing a ridiculously short 5.5 hours in port).

Does anyone know, definitively, which is the correct expected port arrival time?

hi everyone... im so excited for this cruise .. first time with Disney cruise line.... its going to be me , my daughter (8 years old) and my mother....Girls Trip!!!! we are also staying at san juan one day and got a private tour that same day we get off the cruise...there is is room for more people if anyone wants to join...the people we booked from is WWW.customtourspr.com.. i also what to learn about this FE thing.... not sure what it is but i think my baby will like it. can someone tell me where i can find info and sign up
