I'm confused about the Wonder refurb and when it is taking place. If I book a cruise to the Bahamas on the Wonder for Feb 2017, would the Wonder be refurbed? TIA!

Yes. The Wonder is currently enroute to her major dry dock. In fact, is due arrive there tomorrow. She will be all "new and polished" by her November 14, 2016 cruise from Galveston (hopefully). But, definitely by Feb 2017.

Pretty much SOLD out...didn't even realize it was the first sailing after dry dock when we booked it. Hope the ship is done in time

Well, they're allowing 2 more weeks for this one than they did for the Magic. And they should have a little practice at what they're doing.
