Wonder 2012 Compiled Prices, # Passengers, Cabin Category and date

Hi all
Starting tomorrow you will be able to book your "cruise choices" for some of 2012. I have volunteered to follow those of you who are booking the Wonder and compile a list of your specifics.

What we are looking for is:

Category booked (5B)
#of people per cabin (ex. 2A 1K)
Price paid $ (Insurance and/or Transfered included/ not included)
And the Date of your cruise. Place it in the TITLE of your post please.
Also add if you booked on board and received the discount

Ex. January 8,2012
5B - 2A 1K - $****.** (No insurance/Transfers included)

I will then copy it all into a list on the Post #2 below so everyone can follow along

I actually only booked today after reading all of the buzz on the disboards about the rates being lower on the first day cruises are released. I took advantage of booking a day early because I am a gold level castaway club member.

I doubt that we will actually keep this cruise booked. We will likely rebook next year on board to take advantage of the 10% discount and on board credit. I looked up 7 night Mexican Riviera for 2011 and the rates are cheaper than what I booked today so I will reserve my opinion on the lowest rates being on the day the cruises are released, to be continued......

We actually have connecting cabins both are catagory 05B Deck 7 and both cabins have 1A and 2K in them. Both cabins were $3252.12 No Transfers or Insurance. We are thrilled we REALLY wanted to be right near the aft elevators and connecting and we got both.

MarcieMouse -- we booked our trip a month ago, but then went onto the Disney website yesterday and pretended to be booking a new cruise and it came up with the discounted rate. So, I called our travel agent, who contacted Disney who credited back the difference. You may want to go on to the Disney site and see if your March cruise is eligible for discounted pricing.

I have been watching your weather thread and was happy to see that most people who have cruised the MR in January said the weather was nice.

I also meant to ask, how did you get the $50 Disney Visa credit? We have that card, and are using it to pay for the trip. Did you have to book a certain way, or through a particular company?
