Women's snow boots ? & snow tubbing

I need a pair of womens snow boots for my December trip. We plan on going snow tubbing and spend a few days in Oregon. I would like to find some nice or cute snow boots that wont break the bank. I seen some cute ones at sports authority(clearance $99) but not sure if those would have been good for the snow. It was a leather type I think combo kinda like ugg boots. Rubber botton and lace up but the top had fur type.

I want a boot for the day tubbing but something I can also wear with jeans around town. Would love to see pics of your boots or a name and brand I can look up.

Snow Tubbing- should I wear snow pants with bib or jeans and some waterproof ttpe pants over jeans??? Any recommendations? We hardly go to the snow so don't want to spend a lot of $$$

When I go out in the snow, I wear my Merrill water proof hiking shoes. They can be worn in and out of snow. Also, you'll be drier with snow pants over jeans and/or long underwear. Oregon can get cold in the mountains in Dec (lived there for 5 years).

The waterproof pants I seen some thin nylon type material will those work or shoukd I go with snow pants?

If you layer, nylon pants might be fine. When I went skiing, I had on snow pants plus jeans or long underwear on underneath. My legs were fine. My feet had thermal socks, too and were good.

Sorry, no advice about the brands for teen girls. I have a 9 year old boy. He wears anything

My husband has a pair of Hi-Tec hiking boots (waterproof, too) and loved them until, after 8 years, they finale got a hole in them. He used them every time he went out to shovel out driveway so I would say they are good for snow.

I like the long underwear by cuddle duds, very cozy. I buy LandsEnd snow stuff, doesn't break the band and holds up well

Kamiks are the best, they are made in Canada, actually I find it is cheaper for me to buy them at Sears in the US then to buy them in Canada, go figure.

I really like the Kamik Brooklynn black boots but the reviews some say good boot and others say not good, not really waterproof or in slush feet get a lil damp. $89 is pricey if these wont keep my feet dry in the snow.

The Kamik W comforter are ok to but a lil more bulky,
