For me, personally, if I were hanging out at a hotel with a guy who was offering me a free cruise, and if I were sharing a room and bed with him, and if I got really drunk all day long according to reports and he probably did too....I gotta say, I wouldn't be THAT surprised if I were woken at some point in the middle of the night. Not that a "yes" would be required, but I just wouldn't be surprised that a drunken half-asleep move was made. And I can't imagine calling the cops.

Actually, I think it can be summed up that neither person made very smart or mature decisions. IF the story actually contains factual information, that is.

As a women I would never share a hotel room or a bed with a man unless I was romantically involved or wanted to have sex with him. I definitely would not get drunk with him, crawl into bed with him, wake up the next morning and be surprised we had sex. I think they call it a drunken one night stand. I have to agree with Bumpershoot on this one.

I guess the expectations of being a human being and male I was brought up with and placed on myself have been way too high in the past when I have slept side by side in the same bed with female friends whilst at college and then in apartments after parties?
Nothing sexual ever happened regardless of how drunk we were, and I am shocked how even though they spent the previous night in the same bed together, the lady being intoxicated and asleep is somehow reason to not be surprised that a male would undress them and try to have sex with them during the night.

I would guess because the accuser told the police he worked on disney cruise line, was taking her on a disney cruise and his website home page says Freddy continues to make regular appearances on disney cruise line and at the atlantis resort and casino in the bahamas.
it doesn't mention other cruise lines.

This statement is funny / misleading. As if I am often active and perusing an agenda here.
I have posted about 20 times here in the past year. *********.

But I do appreciate the confidence regarding moderation.
If only my moderation language had a difference, then perhaps we would have a chance at confluence.
