Wolfgang Puck Cafe

I have ADRs here for end of August based on the menu on allearsnet. I have been reading posts about it, and can't figure out the set up. Is the cafe on the bottom floor and a different restaurant on the top?

The cafe is on the bottom floor. The dining room is upstairs. The dining room is just a bit more upscale the the cafe.
