WLV work

My friend is staying at WLV right now and says they are doing a lot of work on the 2nd floor. She said they are replacing the carpeting. She's on the
4th floor and she can hear the work going on when she is in their hallway.

Anyone else know what else they are doing?

This is the rehab that's been going on for the past month or so. The room we stayed in in mid-September (5th floor) had new carpet (same pattern), a new bedspread (same pattern), a fresh coat of paint, a new upholstered chair in the living room, and the new style (no bar) sofa bed (similar or same upholstery as before). No new TVs or wooden furniture.

Does anyone know when the rehab is to be completed? I'm staying there in mid-December and, 1) hope to get a rehabbed room; and 2) hope the heck they're done so I can take a nap in the afternoon.

According to Disney Files magazine, the work is expected to be completed by November 15.

I'm here now....and the noise is minimal....not bad at all. I am on the 3rd floor.
Funny thing is I don't think they did this room yet.....but the carpet, drapes bedspread....etc....LOOK BRAND NEW

I thought they were getting flatscreens but I don't have that....and even though my sofa looks brand new....it does have the bar.

The new sofa bed we had in a rehabbed room in mid-September was:

1. Definitely new.
2. Definitely the newer non-bar style.
3. Very comfortable.

When I was there in Sept they were directly over my room. The hammering was killing me. But we were only in the room 20 minutes in the afternoon.
