We are staying at WLV mid to late October and I am considering doing a room request for the first time. I will be 28 - 30 weeks pregnant and was thinking about requesting a room next to the elevator and/or on the first floor. Is this reasonable? Would you make this request? I am a little concerned about all the walking since this is my first pregnancy and I dread having a room at the opposite end of the hallway from the elevator after a long day at the park.

Are you going to be walking or will you have an ECV or a wheelchair? That last few feet to a room further down the hall is nothing compared to all the walking at the theme parks or from the main pool or the dining facilities or the boat dock. You can certainly make your request, though.

It is reasonable or something you should do? Of course. And be sure to mention the pregnancy. But keep in mind that you are going to be saving, at best, about 250 feet of hallway. Compared to the miles of walking you are going to do during the day, it's not something to worry about.
