WL to Polynesian

Staying at Wilderness Lodge, have a character breakfast scheduled at 'Ohana. Using WDW transportation, would it be quicker to get off of the motor launch at the Contemporary and travel by monorail to the Poly, or go on to the Magic Kingdom and get on the monorail there? Or is there another way I'm not thinking of?

From our experience the water launch to the Contemporary and then monorail to the Polynesian worked great

We OFTEN took the boat from the WL to the Contemporary to hop on the monorail! I think either would work fine though.....That's what I loved about the WL...easy transporation!!

I would take the first boat that comes to WL, MK or Contemp and hop on teh monorail. It would be alot faster than busing to MK then the monorail.
