Going to book a woods-view room at WL for February and want to request the opposite wing from where we were last time (the one facing the Villas). Anyone have any good requests for rooms they have had in the other wing? Want to put it on the ressie when I call. Thanks!

We tried "North Wing, Upper-level room, over Otter Pond" and got an upper level room on that side, but over the Lobby instead of the pond. We still got to see some of the fireworks, and that's what we really wanted.

::yes::

And then this could be your view...

Mousemommy1: "That's the room I want!" What floor/# was it, if you remember? Was it a Club room?

We were in the north wing 5th floor and we could see the castle through the trees and see the fireworks at night. I requested north wing facing the magic kingdom when we booked.

Not sure, but if you request connecting rooms they may take that as your primary location request. I thought there might be something here for connecting rooms, but it's just too fuzzy.

We were in 4008 and could see some of the Wishes fireworks through the trees when we were there in 2008. I'm sure the 5th or 6th floor probably would have had a better view of the fireworks, but ours was passable.

My friend was next door in 4006 and our rooms were connecting. Our room had two queens and 4006 was a bunkbed room.

I had requested "upper floor, overlooking the otter pond" and had booked a woodsview room.

any know if the fifth floor with the good views have connecting rooms???

Not sure, we had also requested connecting room but did not get it we had rooms next door to each other though. This is a picture of the lodge's layout but I really can't see which rooms are connecting. http://users.hartwick.edu/heydukr/wlrooms.htm

It was room 7042 - so yes, club level...but I would imagine that 6042 or that area would have the same view. :goodvibes

By chance what was the bedding ? Two queens? or One queen & two bunk ? Ty !

Not that it matters now as they didn't have any club level rooms with two queens only the honeymoon room which we took !:goodvibes Decided to save money by changing from the Poly club level:goodvibes
