I have a room booked at WL.. woods view. Can anyone tell me my choices? Is it possible to get a room that is a woods view, that overlooks the lobby? Is it worth it? Should I request it?

Thanks
Sandie

Yes, there are such rooms:) ! We requested a woodsview wing room however, as I am sensitive to noise when I am trying to sleep. You will hear some of the lobby noise in those rooms. So I am not sure where they are.

okay I am starting to get confused.
This will be our first time at the WL.
We have booked a woods view I am trying to decide do I want to over look the lobby?
or is it better to ask for a upper room to see the fireworks. or can you have both?
I saw your last post on room numbers that overlook the MK
are the MK view rooms able to see the floating parade?
IYO which are the nicer rooms, It will be me, Dh and DS 9
which floors have enclosed rails and are these just as good as the balconies that have
enclosed rails Mostly I just have to have non smoking I don't want a noisey room.
Pickey girl I am.....

Ok... now here's a catch all question, that's kinda tricky! :D

Are there any rooms that overlook the lobby... AND MK?

Thanks for all your help.

We stayed in room 5082 that was over the lobby and facing the Magic Kingdom, it was during grad week and I could see the fireworks (at 2 am) from my balcony...however we could also hear the beep, beep, beep from delivery trucks backing up to the loading dock too. If you are sensitive to noise and sleep past 7 I wouldnt recommend that side.

we stayed in room 5082, this overlooks the lobby and also has firework views from MK...however it also has the beeping of backing up delivery trucks at 7 in the morning. So if you are sensitive to noise and sleep past 7 I wouldnt recommend it.

Thank you 999ghst. As far as standard view rooms, would one overlooking the lobby be a good one to request?

No, we had a woods view. I was beginning to think we got standard by mistake until someone told me that it was definately a woods view room. By the way sorry for the double response up there.....it kept kicking me off saying the board was down or something...didnt know I had posted:rolleyes:
