I just read a thread from someone else and this is what it said....
Now I'm concerned about my choice. We have ressie's for WL for May, but last year we stayed at the Poly. Above, the OP wrote that the building is situated so that you hardly see any other part of Disney World..., but when we were at the Poly last year, I loved walking on the beach and looking over at the beautiful GF and also the CR, not to mention the castle!!! We live out in the country in NC and we see just regular wood views every day!! Should I change my ressie??? Is it too late???? We got a woodsview room at WL for $165/night. Please help!!!!

My absolute favorite thing about it is the feeling of seclusion. The building is situated so that you hardly see any other part of Disney World- from the beach all you see is wild growth on the oposite shore. I love being able to lounge in a beach chair and stair off into the woods. It is a peaceful feeling.
