WL IPO is Top Notch!!!

I just wanted to post how pleased I am with the WL IPO so far. I have emailed them with requests 3 times and they have returned my email within hours and even called to confirm my cake order and get the details. I just emailed a request for a few things at our anniversary dinner and they literally returned my email within minutes. I must say I hope my trip goes as great as the planning has. The CM's at WL IPO are really good IMO.

I figured we usually only complain and I should give compliment when due.

They are fantastic there. I am working with them for our December trip and they have been great. They are very prompt in returning e-mails and calls. And just wait until you get to the Lodge. The staff there are just as wonderful! Have a great trip.
