After a rather long night of uneasy sleep, DH and I were up at the crack of dawn (or all that mist and haze that awaited us outside) to retrieve my pillows and blanket. We jumped in the car and headed out to the Country Inn. We kind of had some issues getting to the hotel (took the wrong exits), but we managed to get there in one piece.
The woman at the desk seemed rather amused when I asked for my blanket and pillows. Guess she wanted to put a face to the paniced voice on the phone. After I thanked her, DH and I headed across the street to IHoP.
We don't have an IHoP anywhere close to where we live, and I love their breakfasts. We ordered and as DH paged through the USA Today, I sipped the best orange juice I would have on our entire trip. Nothing beats fresh squeezed juice! Breakfast was great, and with our bellies full, we headed back to the WL. After dropping off my precious cargo, we took the bus back to Epcot.
I wish I could say DH felt better, but he didn't. His equilibrium was all wonky, and the heat and humidity we had for our entire trip didn't make him feel any better. We spent most of our day wandering around the WS. We saw the American Adventure and the flag from the WTC. We also checked out all the shops. Again, my DH was a trooper b/c he doen't particularly enjoy shopping. I saw a gorgeous hand blown glass rooster in Germany (I collect rooster stuff for the kitchen), and I will have to get one next trip. It rained briefly during the day, but for the most part, the weather cooperated.
We headed back to the WL to shower and change for our PS at the Coral Reef. I was kind of disappointed that they did away with the ride here. We looked around inside, then made our way to the restaurant for dinner. I wish I could remember our server's name. He was wonderful and had been there since it opened. Our dinner was great, and the romantic atmosphere couldn't have been better. One of the highlights of dinner was the chocolate lave cake. Too decadent for me on a regular basis, but as we said time and time again, this was our honeymoon!
We left dinner and did TT again. The CM inside the boarding area saw our bride and groom pins and asked everybody to congratulate us on our wedding. It was just one of our "magical" moments.
We did SE again(another favorite for DH), then left for the WL. Again, we did not stay for Illuminations. We were both tired, and DH still wasn't himself.
Once back and settled in our room, I heard this strange music from outside. It kind of startled me, but then I looked out our sliding doors and saw the electrical water pagent. How cute!. DH and I watched for a while, then went to bed.
Coming next, part four. Will DH ever feel better and how will he like meeting the mouse who started it all?
