Loved the flag update! That is the best memory ever. It's so funny your DH was already thinking about what he wanted to do on the next trip. As long as they do that you know you're going to be heading back soon.

Nothing snaps you out of the Disney blues than having another trip planned before you leave

I am SOOO SAD your TR is over! It is what I looked forward to every morning when I came in to work. For some reason, I could really relate to you. The picture of Aubrey leaving was priceless. I think we all feel like that. And Jason spreading the magic with the balloon....awesome! The flag ceremony looked fabulous as well. Do you know if every resort does that? On a positive note...I have subscribed to your PTR report so, hopefully, I can get my fill over there. Hoping to meet up with you in December. We will have to remember to keep our boys apart.

OMG, you crack me up! That's a lot of pressure! I hope I don't let you down on my other reports I'm glad you could relate to us because sometimes I think we're all insane. Good to know there are other crazies out there too I'm pretty sure WL is the only resort that does the flag thing. I'm not sure why because it was just so awesome. And free! I still can't believe we got picked!

We really did have so many special moments and I am starting to get worried about our Dec trip. It's going to be like no other we have done. But you'll just have to pop over there to find out what I'm talking about. Seriously, I'm probably going to need therapy before it's all said and done

So many updates to get caught up on! I absolutely loved your Destin pictures. Before the oil spill, we were looking into going to the exact place you went, but cancelled our plans b/c we weren't sure how the oil would affect our trip. I can see now that it wouldn't have, but it's too late now. Maybe next year!!! I hope.

Your pictures from the beach were awesome and your children are adorable in all of them. You really do have a beautiful family! But I will agree that the cartoon picture of your baby girl looked really bad. She looked evil and I know that little angel doesn't have a mean bone in her body. What was that man thinking??? Better get a new one the next time you go to the Wilderness.

Speaking of the Wilderness (which is my absolute most favorite place in the world), I just love that you got to be the special family who got to raise the flags. It brought tears to MY eyes just looking at them. I couldn't imagine a bigger honor than that one. I know that meant so much to you.

I absolutely loved reading your TR!!! We are going to the world for the very first time in Oct - reading about your trip made us even more excited

I do have on question...where did you get the kids shirts done? Did you do them all yourself? They looked great!! I bought white shirts for our three little girls and someone on this board designed a picture for us to use (its a black minnie head, their name through the head and she is wearing a halloween type bow, since we will be there the last week in Oct). Im very nervous about trying to do this myself as I have NEVER done this before. Im not sure if I should even attempt it or not Is it hard to make your own shirts? Do they last through washing and stuff?

Anyway - thanks for sharing your trip with the rest of us!!! You had me laughing so many times..

Just found your 'TR a few days ago. I read the whole thing. We are also from South Louisiana, but about 2 hours south of Baton Rouge. But when fall rolls around, we are usually in Baton Rouge on Saturday's for the LSU games. we are also big LSU fans.

Your kids are adorable. You take some really good pics.

I would also love to be a member of DVC, but its not in our budget right now, maybe down the road. I think it would pay for us because we absolutely love Disney.

Congrats on being the flag raising family, those views are to die for. You don't realize how close everything actually is. They do a great job at separating the parks.

Hi Talissa!! I just found your TR and I'm enjoying it! We are staying at the WL Nov. 27-Dec. 4th!! I saw that ya'll are headed back to WDW in December as well!! Oh--and your kiddos are absolutely adorable!!

Ok--just read in your VOL post that you were in honor choir in high school--I was, too! I LOVE to sing! My husband and I both sing in our church choir!! We also sing duets together!! We love VOL!!!!

Was so glad to hear that WL is still doing the flag family! We did it years ago and then were told it was discontinued... but it was probably the coolest thing we've done on any of our trips! Great TR!
