WL Bus Shares with what other resort buses?

Does anyone know if buses are shared by WL and GF to a particular park? I can remember that WL shared a bus with either POLY or GF of both to either AK or MGM?

If they do share a bus, does anyone know what route it takes (WL first, then GF, then the park??)
