Happy Tuesday everyone! Went to strength training today--and she killed me! I bow down to ya'll that use the ball on a regular basis. Geez! The crunches and pushups were killers--and then we did some hamstring work with the ball and I almost died. I could really tell that I need to work on my hamstrings--balance out my legs a little.
Cam--WTG on the workout--you are a machine!!! So you're a heroes watcher?? Scott has been DVR'ing them from the Sci-Fi channel and we started watched from the beginning a couple of days ago. I have to admit, I thought it was going to be hokey, but I since have become hooked!
Judy--would try to save you on the ToT thread--but not sure I want the wrath of the Boogy man on me!
Kim--Come and do both!
But seriously, it would be great to see you whichever race you choose!

I ran 3 miles on Monday, skipped last night because my IT band on my LEFT leg was aching. What???
I'm thinking it was because I didn't stretch before the run like I normally do and I *may* have pushed it a *little* the first mile.
I'm going to run tonight and see what happens.
