Vicky, I use Neutrogena Sport 70+ on my face and Bullfrog Quick Gel everywhere else.

Frank, I definitely understand what you mean about hilly having different meanings everywhere.

I did 10k this morning in right under 49 minutes (just under an 8 minute pace).
