Mel - Great job on your training and even found time to get our racing team a discount. Awesome! Thanks a bunch!
Craig - I loved your post on the passing of the torch to your daughter.
Martha - Good job with the speed training! Don't let your trainer torture, err work you too hard!
Jen - You really must warn people when you speak of grilling brats...I started to drool on the keyboard at work when I read your post.
Matt - Great pics from the DL 1/2! That Riptide device looks pretty neat. There is a nurse I know on another unit than mine that is training for a triathalon...will have to pass along this tidbit to see if it helps him out.
Christa - You are a machine! That training schedule looks pretty darn grueling!
kiena - I'm a big fan of Spongebob too, so much that I coordinate my lunches at work so I can turn on Nick in the breakroom while I'm eating. It's funny to see people come in, see what's on, look at me, then look at the tv again. My coworkers have gotten used to it. Fortunately if I miss Spongebob, then Jimmy Neutron is on after it...I LOVE Sheen.
Kristi - I'm willing to bet your gonna be great this weekend for your race, hills or not!
Steve - You showed them darn whippersnappers!

I love how you "nonchalantly picked it up to about 24mph and kept on moving"... I would have been back with the kids buddy, "W'Zupp DAWG!"
Cam - Great job on getting in your mileage in spite of a killer work week. Phenomenal job on the 70 pounds!

Good luck in court on Monday!
Judy - Hoping the MRI came back ok...and what about you waking up with your heart racing?
Sunny -

WISHing you a better day!
Melissa - Sounds like you had a great race!
Leana - Hope you didn't get too much snow!
Dave - Good to hear your glute pain is going away! I pulled a muscle a few months ago and my left glute was spasming. As this was done at work, some of the other nurses thought it would be funny to find one of the residents to "check it out" for me. HA HA, but the nursing supervisor was all business telling me to go to the ER and get it checked out to make sure it wasn't somehing more serious...of course he wanted me to wait until after my shift ended. It wasn't anything but (no pun intended) a pulled muscle.
Cecelia - Hows the ipod. Mine shut down today with a "Disk Mode, May Disconnect Device" screen. Would not play anything, so I ended doing my 2 miles in silence, for shame. But when I got home, hooked it up to my computer and restored the settings, it was just fine, just had to "reload" my songs is all.
Krista - Hope you find some middle ground with the shoes/inserts. Somehings gotta help the pain.
Monte - Good to hear you TM is back and running well!
Carrie - Thanks again for the shirt orders!
goofyguy - My oldest DS, 13, is in his first year of track and he loves it so far. I would like to see him go out for Cross Country, but that doesn't start until HS.
Well I did 2 miles today. Not really training for a specific race (next one is a 5K end of April) right now, just working on keeping in shape and losing weight.
Happy Training!
