Good evening everyone!
Alll I can says is, it was "Africa" hot on the patio this evening. The thermometer said 90 degrees when I ventured out around 1800 hours.
Did the following upper body workout. By the time I got finished I was a sweating pile of goo.
DB Bench Press** 3 x 12 x 30
Bentover Rows** 3 x 12 x 60
Flyes 1 x 12 x 30
Seated DB Shoulder Press** 3 x 12 x 20
Lat. Pull Downs** 3 x 12 x 85
Shrugs 1 x 15 x 30
Tricep Pushdowns (Rope)** 3 x 12 x 35
EZ Bar Curls** 3 x 12 x 40
Tricep Extentions 1 x 15 x 40
Hammer Curls 1 x 12 x 25
** Supersets
