on your race & for sticking it out. You did GREAT!
for you as you figure out the best action to take with Seth. Deciding on surgery for your child is always tough. More
that the orthoditcs help him.
to Susan.
Hoping its not too hot for your 5 miler tonight.
for Scott that he heals quickly.
Havent done much since. Went to the gym on Tuesday & it was hotter in there then it was outside. Ugh! Managed to last for 30min. on a recumbent. They are having problems with the air-conditioning so I havent been able to drag myself back in there. Did get some XT in last night at the Kenny Chesney/Sugarland concert.
This weekends plan is for 8 miles.
and she did around 12. I stayed with her for the run b/c she was not feeling well near the middle of the run and I was afraid to leave her...and we had to get back. The end is ALL up hill...so we walked alot, but she kept on and did not give up!
to Bree!

asked if she could go for a run with me. This is the first time she's wanted to run since her 5K. We did a little over a mile in our loop around the neighborhood. We did 1 min run/2 min walk intervals. She did great, and we had a really nice time just chatting.
and DD9
, are interested in participating in it. There is a training program that starts Aug 11 and trains for 5 weeks. All the miles you run in training count for your marathon, and you run the last 1.2 miles of the marathon course on the day of the race, cross the finish line, and get your medal. They're pretty excited about it.
hope you are feeling better soon and PD for your back

It didn't stop anyone, though!
and then 15 minutes on the elliptical.

Talk to you all soon!
Dave, I think that is a great idea. I've done that. At least you have a spot in the event. At worst, you've "donated" to "the cause."I may say I'll just sign up for the marathon, and then if we decide not to go I'll eat the registration fee (kind of like I ate the registration fee for the Utica Boilermaker 15K earlier this month).

I have been talking with DW about running the Disney Marathon. I told her registration capacity is at 85%, and if I'm going to run it I need to sign up soon. We talked a little about it last night after my run, and her reply was "she's money stressed". She doesn't see how we can afford to go on a cruise next month and go to Disney in January. It's always something... I told her I've already saved up most of my portion for the marathon trip. I'm starting to WISH I could just go solo. I may say I'll just sign up for the marathon, and then if we decide not to go I'll eat the registration fee (kind of like I ate the registration fee for the Utica Boilermaker 15K earlier this month).
Cam - It looks like we just missed each other in WDW. I was headed back when you were headed there. Which building did you get at POFQ? We stayed there a couple years ago. It is such a pretty resort. Hope you had a fantastic trip![]()
