TM for me today...2 miles in 30:26 for a 15:13 pace. That's still at W5/R5. I'm planning to try W4/R6 on Wed

My mom gave me a whole bag of paperback books...that's the only reason I'm sticking with the TM for right now. Well, that and the heat, humidity, and trying not to reinjure my foot like I might have on Sat
Kelley...
Dave...my reunion is this coming weekend, but they'll be reuniting without me. The 10-year just wasn't that great. Congrats on your run today and your slow but sure progress!
Cam...

I can't imagine what I'll be like when Kaley goes off to college. Of course, right now, she says she wants to live at home and go to UF, but we'll see how she feels about that in 5 years

I'm sure you'll have nothing to worry about...your DD will eat right, get up on time and never, ever miss her classes...just like we all did as undergrads
Carrie...how did I ever miss the disneyrunning.com site? Am I the only one that's never been there

I think you should do the 10K...you'll be great! I always check prior race results before I register for any race. As long as there's at least one person slower than I think I'll finish, I'm in
Helen...I kinda like Tim's cat karma theory. Wonder what sort of feline she'll come back as?
Kristi...love the cake!
Krista...we're getting a FiOS upgrade for our cable in a couple weeks. Thinking about buying the extra package for ESPNHD and the NFL network.

DD's fine...thinking about volleyball this year in addition to soccer and running.
Sonya...congrats on your race...great pace!
Sunny...

yikes...wish we had enough

to make it better.
Mike...glad you drove-by. How's the thyroid nodule?
Denny...I'm not an expert in fulls, but would you be able to safely build up to a 20 mile LR then taper before the full? You could probably do the full as you described, but might risk injury if you haven't been up to those distances in training yet.
Paul...congrats on the 14! Didn't I see your brother hanging around these parts?
