Taper Racy Tracy: I mean it! You started right next to me and we saw you on the out-and-back so I know you didn't cut across--you're just supahfast!

Someday maybe I can get fast like you! Right now, I'll focus on finishing.... And thanks for the reminder about the sunblock!
Tricia: Sorry about the lights.

I forgot to take pictures of our house this year, both inside and out. Take it easy on the three-miler--we're tapering!

Almost there!
Terri: We'll miss you in WDW. Good luck on your race if we don't meet up on the boards here before then! I know you'll do great.
Laurie: You call all those miles AND two hockey games a taper? And yes, it's uplifting to hear the WISH team cheering you on, isn't it? Makes it all worth it.

See you this weekend! Woohoo!
NYcpa: A May half! I'll decide on that after this coming weekend. The MFM books was a huge help for me last year in training for the Minnie. The program isn't too overwhelming, and I'm sure if you hang out here you'll get the support you need to stick with it! Sounds like your Hawaiian vacation was a lovely as Jeff's photos!
AlohaJeff: Your photos always make me want to leave for Hawaii immediately!
GoofyinOhio: Woohoo! Eight miles closer to the weekend! Good job--see you soon!
Kira: I think it was smart to take it easy--next weekend is all that matters! The training is really done at this point. And you are right--I'm hating work tomorrow, but then it's a four-day weekend (and back-to-back four-day weeks!). We'll be there soon!
Jeanne: I was thinking the same about the warm Christmas--we need to start new tropical traditions and get out the of the tristate area next year! How about a christmas palm tree?
Claire: Congratulations! Woohoo! Planning a wedding in five months? That will definitely keep you busy! We have a tight timeline too, with a late Thursday arrival and a late Monday departure. See you at the starting line!
Allyson: You are right to start packing already--I usually pack the night before and don't get enough rest--your plan is much better!

I can't believe it is so soon! And I love your Bahamas trip. I'm trying to talk DH into a beach vacay this summer.

I suspect he'll point to our BC stay as close enough! Nice idea about the sundress/swimsuit pairing--more space in your suitcase for other stuff!
Stephanie: Great job on those ten miles! Woohoo! Don't let the last miles get you down--you'll be so full of race day excitement you'll forget all about it. And no need to feel defeated--you got the miles in. That's all that matters.
Megan: Have fun in AC! Happy Birthday! There should be great deals to be had--the casinos are complaining that they aren't making money because they don't have the business. A quick online search should help you find some fun ways to spend those winnings if a Disneytrip is out!
AFM, we got two miles in yesterday and almost 6 miles today at the mall. The mall opened 15 minutes late, cutting into our walking time (our mall opens early for mallwalkers so that you don't have to dodge all the crowds).
I can't believe it's almost here! DH is still buying new gear for the half (!). I tried to tell him, but he doesn't listen (he also bought new shoes for the half and didn't even buy the same style that he had been wearing--which would be okay if he didn't buy them online without trying them on!). The little Garmin isn't here yet (we went with the 105 because we're Macs, and the 205 didn't support mac os), but it should be here tomorrow.
Have a great Sunday everyone! See you at the marathon real soon!
