Liz-WTG! You are doing awesome
Dave-Great job on pace! Make sure you're not going too fast, too soon. You have plenty of time to get that pace up.
Jodi-you did all that before you go to work! Wow, impressive
Last night I had my swimming lesson. It was awesome!!!!! After only 1 lesson I went from swimming 25 yds & being totally out of breath to almost being able to swim 100 yds and feel better than I did w/25. I was soooo excited when I got home. I'm ready to kick some TRI butt now!
Lynne, when you're right, you're right! And all this was after I had done 30 min on bike & my ST in the a.m.
MelR-the other lady that was in the class with me was there to train for a tri too, but I thought of you when she told me what kind. She is training for an "off road" tri & instead of swimming they are kayaking. (She was swimming to work on upper body strength) Her race is somewhere in NC. Sounds kind of like one of your adventure races
Christa-there is a McDonalds on WDW property. Maybe next year we can get them to change to course so it goes by there & we can stop for a Big Mac to carbo load during the race
Oh-and you do not have a big butt!
Cam-I think that is cool and insane! (of course most people think that of me when I tell them about the races I'm doing) Good luck & don't shock that heart too much.
I'm glad to hear Howard is loving his job. I know that makes long hours so much easier to handle. Good luck w/DD. I remember me & my mom fought constantly from 13 until I turned 19. Now we're great friends. Hang in there in only a few more years she'll turn human again

for my Sears repair man to come fix my microwave for the 4th time! I hate waiting,
I guess I should be making myself productive and clean the bathrooms or vacuum
I would rather be at the gym.
He said it very common in women how participate in running sports.
