Training is good this week!
Today is 2 weeks, I have been back on my TM! It also makes 2 weeks of being smoke free!
I have been on the TM 10 of the last 14 days. Each time doing
5 mph for 36 minutes gets me 3 miles! I cool down @ 3.2 mph gets me another 1/4 of a mile!
I got so many challenges on WISH....lol i am being to confuse myself doing the math!
exercise challenge= counting minutes per month!
walking to disney= counting miles
As far as weight challenges! NOT EVEN CLOSE!
I have gained 6 pounds since I quit smoking! But it's all good, keeping my head up, I know healthy lungs are more important!
Besdies, I already gained the weight whats done is done, know I got to focus on that!
So, I havent yet bought this MFM book, money is tight! but I am steadily using the TM and plan on increasing! ANY SUGGESTIONS? as far as increasing? should I go for miles or minutes. what would the author of MFM say to do at this point?
