I don't have much time to post, but I have the same question as Dave. Tif, how's that? ...and it is GREAT news about the hotel manager. That is worth shouting about for sure.
Couldn't get to the boss to ask today, so my mystery continues. If I have to stall much longer my practical spending self will enter and I will have to say I cannot justify the expense. I need a roommate and ding fare or no selfish thought about going and leaving everyone else behind.
MelR, good to hear of your race. Great "traiing" time.
Who is the keeper of the WISH Team Dictionary. RFT! like it! That's me most of the time.

so Mist may never get over things? That is so sad. ...and Yay! for the trip dollars.
Will try for TM b4 everyone gets in the space tonight here. Otherwise it will be a late event on it for me as I wait for my area to clear and my couch potato people to clear the area...Brrrrr here.

. Here's the deal, my running courses are all hilly. Lots of ups and downs with very few flats. Today somebody told me that I'm not really accomplishing anything with all the down-hills during my run. Do you guys think that's the case? Since I'm essentially running a loop around my neighborhood it stands to reason that all the downhills have to be counter balanced with equal distance in uphill. It's just that the ups at times are more of a slow and steady climb as opposed to a steep hill (although I have a few of those here as well). The downhills do feel soooo easy to me, so maybe they aren't helpful in my training. Not that there's much I can do about it. But I thought I'd get your input! THanks!
Where did you run there? I guess I compare it to Charlotte. I did not ever think it was hilly...but I never ran there. I wish we could have ran together!
I am so impressed! I'm sure you'll do great!
Pace is fantastic, but it was HARD.

): This one will strengthen the ankles. I got it from Runners World Mag last year. It is one leg balance, no balance board needed. Stand on one leg for time. Easy you might think. The challenge, close your eyes and try to remain upright for at least 30 secs. Tip: stand in a doorway so you don't have to worry about falling over--it's not as easy as it sounds at first. Have fun!
Where has the love gone? I think my LR has left me
