Okay, so it took me 2 hours to get through all 10 pages, I am ready to talk!!
Colleen and Melissa--thanks for the birthday wishes. Am I the baby on the boards?
Melissa--

on your "training run", you are awesome!! Hope you are feeling better after your dental ordeal, I HATE going to the dentist and have to psyche myself up for days before hand. The only good thing about getting my wisdom teeth out was that they gave me valium before the surgery. It was wonderful.
Cam--

I hope you are feeling better, definitely talk to your doctor. Here's my whole disclaimer thing, I read somewhere (I read so much I forget where I get all my info from) that you should be able to talk or sing while you are exercising. If you cannot talk or sing then you are pushing yourself too hard and not getting enough oxygen. That's the rule of thumb I use when I run, I sing (quietly

) or mouth the words of the song and if I don't have enough breath, then I slow my pace down.
Christa--Your babies are so cute!! Since I don't have kids, I guess I can post pictures of my baby. Or as Stephen has been calling him lately, my 49 lb monster.
Okay, now I can't remember everything I read, I guess I'll have to start taking notes, or better yet, posting regularly so I don't get behind.

I'll try harder, scouts honor. Happy training!!
