Thanks for all the welcomes! I haven't signed up for the Las Vegas half but am definitely considering it. I'm glad to hear that there are others on here doing that event.

I am all signed up now for the Disneyland half for 2008! I'm also doing the Run Away With Cirque du Soleil 5K this month on the 29th. It's a fun event, this will be my 3rd time.

I did it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ran my first 10 miler yesterday!

I ran it in 1:49:25 - a 10:56 pace!

WOO HOO! I am proud of you, way to go!!!!!

Glad to hear you are up and about Lily. Remember to take it slow. Its so hard once you feel better.

When is the Vegas half? Dh and I are always looking for an excuse (good reason) for going to Vegas.
