Tracy and Lisa - Great job on your runs!
Angie - way to stay disciplined. Don't want to overdo it and re-injure yourself.
Stephanie - have a good trip!
Liz - Good Luck Sunday!
Cam - way to go on your workout schedule. I just think you're amazing. Oh yeah, make sure Howard gets his massage
Kira - hope your back feels better.
Judy - bummer about tyour knee. I hope everything works out.
Michelle - have you been hanging out with Judy? Hope your knee is ok, too. I don't think Judy wants to share Dr. hunka hunka burning love
Shan - Glad to see you back training. Take it one step at a time. You'll be up to snuff in no time.
Krista - Glad you're having fun with Cater. He is adorable! Don't forget to log his miles, along with your own. He may need his own log book!
I had a great r/w going last night, until the thunder and lightning started.
I had planned 5 miles, but could only get a 5k in. At about 2 miles I heard the first thunder. Decided to pick up the pace to at least get the 5k in. Finished in 39:13 (about a 13mpm pace). Best part was I felt great! I went with a w2/r2 and it really seemed to work for me. I'm going to stick with that for a bit to see how it goes.
Have a good day everyone.
Terri
