Hi, everyone! WISH I could say I am well into marathon training mode, but am hoping to just keep up with the last several weeks of training for the DL 1/2. I am hoping to return from the week in California well-revved to jump right into the marathon training schedule. Rhonda will be returning from her cruise at the same time and we will get back into virtual/cyber training together. 
Lynne -- You continue to impress the he--double hockey sticks out of me! I'm sorry you weren't thrilled with your performance, but we all think you are absolutely amazing!
Did 30 minutes on the cross-trainer (elliptical) last night and then bailed at 8:30 to go home and get dinner. I really think I need to totally re-formulate my evenings. I should plan to eat before I leave work and then go to the gym and then NOT eat again when I get home. I have been going from work to the gym and leaving there so hungry and eating wayyy too much and too late at night. Not good.
