Hi everyone!
Lovely spring day here.
Not here. I hope it clears up because I want to go out and get in some miles tonight.
Hi everyone!
Lovely spring day here.
I really envy all of these "just a lazy 6 miles today" posts!![]()
Just finished week 2 of Couch to 5K tonight. 2.5 miles in 38 minutes. I really envy all of these "just a lazy 6 miles today" posts!![]()
Anyway I going slightly farther, slightly faster each time. Small victories.
I'm with you on that...
I made it to 3 miles today. I almost didn't go out, so it's a really big victory!
It was raining on my way home from work, but I had a break during the run, it started to sprinkle a bit on the way home though. Which brings up the question... What do you wear to run in the rain?? (not downpours, but light rain) In the past I just wouldn't go if the weather wasn't nice,, but now I have a goal.
Jeff Glad to see you back. Did you see any of the action during Thurs-Sun or just Wednesday? I was hoping Kenny Perry would win. And I kept saying to my DH--"Augusta has to be one of the most gorgeous golf courses I have ever seen". It looks so good on TV--is it really that way live? BTW, our best friend is taking a job at St Andrews starting next January and guess where the British Open is in 2010? We already talked about visiting and this may cinch the deal.

If it rains and it's warm--no other layers (just shirt as usual). If it rains and it's cooler or windy, I have a lightweight shell. I get really warm when I run, so I try not to pile on too much.
