Wizarding World of HP Question - Base Ticket or Park to Park Ticket??

It's been awhile since we were at Universal and our daughter would love to see the newest section of the WWoHP that opened since we were last there. This will be a one day only deal for us. Am I correct that we're going to need a Park to Park ticket instead of a Base Ticket (that gets us into only Universal or Islands of Adventure)?

To get from one part of the WWoHP to the other, we have to have a Park to Park ticket?

Yes, you want park to park. You'll get to go Diagon Alley and Hogsmeade plus ride the Hogwarts Express

You'll see some changes if you haven't been in a while!!

Hogsmeade is in IOA and Diagon Alley is in the Studios.........both are amazing.......and you definitely want to see both........the Hogwarts Express is so well done.......you have to travel both ways as it's different in either direction..........so yes, park to park is essential if you want to do both parks and HE.

Have you checked out the website www.universalorlando.com it has all the info you need for parks including layout of everything, hotels and Citywalk too.
