Does anyone want to take a stab at describing some of the wild and crazy ice cream flavors in the WWoHP? What was your favorite?

Granny Smith
Earl Grey and Lavender
Chocolate Chili
Clotted Cream
Apple Crumble
Sticky Toffee Pudding
Salted Caramel Blondie
Chocolate and Raspberry
Strawberry and Peanut-Butter
Orange Marmalade
Butterbeer

Our favs: BUTTERBEER (soft serve!), Salted Caramel Blondie (SOOOO GOOD), strawberry & PB. WE LIKED: Earl Grey & Lavender (surprising), Clotted Cream and the Chocolate Chili was good. I didn't get a chance to try the others.

The Salted Caramel is our favorite. The clotted cream was a little tart but in a good way. We seem to be one of the few people who are not fans of the Butterbeer flavor (and we love the drink). We liked it but haven't felt the need to get it again. Also if you get one of the hard pack ice creams you get to choose 2 flavors.

My son thought the chocolate was nice....not as good as B&J though.

I had the toffee soft serve and thought it was the nicest one I had. Liked the Orange marmalade but no-one else did :sad2:

I also had salted caramel and clotted cream, DH had sticky toffee pudding and clotted cream.

When my husband chose the clotted cream then I ordered it the girl asked if I wanted to taste his as some people had said it wasn't really like clotted cream it was more sharp, a bit like key lime pie???

She was right. It tasted nothing like the clotted cream we have here. it was nice.......but a bit odd....like pp said a bit tart.

Real clotted cream is just unctuous!! So creamy and delicious ::yes::

I did not like the butterbeer ice cream either. If you are familiar with flavorburst-it is that type of ice cream. Soft serve with the swirl of flavor mixed in with the vanilla. My husband really liked the salted caramel too.

We love the Butterbeer ice cream. We have also tried the Salted Caramel Blondie and Chocolate & Raspberry and we really liked those as well.

Here's what I tried on vacation ranked in order of preference:

1. Clotted Cream-amazingly good creamy ice cream with a sharp twang to it. This would be in my freezer non-stop if I could source it locally.

2. Salted Caramel Blondie- a very, very close runner up to the clotted cream. My usual combo was a scoop of clotted cream and a scoop of salted caramel blondie because after I had tried these two I didn't want any of the others.

3. Chocolate chili- good chocolate favor with a mild kick to it. The girl working the counter told me to be careful because it was spicy. I didn't find it overly spicy at all.

4. Earl Gray and Lavender-pretty good. Just tasted like tea flavored ice cream to me.

5& 6. Chocolate Raspberry and Sticky Toffee Pudding. These two tied for the least favorite with me. Pretty bland in my books. However by the time I had tried these I had already tried the clotted cream and salted caramel brownie and nothing was going to top those at that point.:goodvibes

Am I the only one that thinks this ice cream is over hyped,I've tried Butter beer,Earl grey and Lavender and Granny Smith apple and they all tasted like vanilla to me,maybe a tad of a Granny smith and butterbeer flavor,I just had the Earl Grey and lavender this weekend and that one had no real flavor, pretty much all vanilla,I didn't taste any other flavor. If I get it again I'll get the chocolate chili,if that one tastes like vanilla I'll give up on it.

I agree with you actually........they are average at best........especially the clotted cream.....that was our biggest taste disappointment.

We preferred to go to Ben&Jerry's after we had tried one or two flavours...........DH just reminded me I did try the choc chilli as he had it ......but I don't like chocolate ice cream anyway but I love chilli anything........well, it wasn't chilli like at all........not for me anyway.

The only one I would eat again was the soft serve with toffee.........but Ben &Jerrys for us all the way next year ::yes::

We were not brave enough for the chili. I like the BB ice cream but I'm simple.

Yes, Ben and Jerry's is great across from Louie's.

I stood in line for 15 minutes until it was my turn to enter the building yesterday.
Then another 10 minutes for my turn to order.
Did see and here those ahead of me taste their ice cream and say yuck or yum of their choices.

I got the butter beer soft serve in a cup.
Tastes so much like butterscotch to me.
Did like it.
Most of the Harry potter labeled ice creams didn't appeal to me so never considered them.
Choc chile really overhyped when I was in there.
Saw a few that regretted their choice when they tried it.
I like a lot of things others don't and vice versa.
