What is up with the single photo being allowed inside the apartment?

From my understanding, it's per the Disney family estate's request. They want to tightly control any images available of the apartment, so that's the only picture they allow.

They will take several photos of you, but only in one spot. Honestly, the apartment is so tiny, I don't think it makes any difference.
