WMD,

I need tech help please... I still can't figure out with multiple contracts how to view my upcoming vacations.

I click on "View Vacation Details", from dvcmember.com, but all I get is all my contracts

xxxx.0
xxxx.1

etc.

TOday, I got a fedex for ME, so my waitlist came thru. I had to call DVC to find out what reservation was changed, because I didn't get the confirmation in the snail mail yet.

How do you view multiple contract vacation details. "View Activity Statement is helping either". If I click on View Vacation Details on a single contract, that does work. Just having the issue with all my add -ons....

Seeking help,
Goldi

That feature hasn't been working for several weeks. There was another thread where someone had called MS about it, and they are aware of the "issue." I emailed them to ask why two of my three reservations weren't showing up. In response, they confirmed that I did, in fact, have three reservations -- well, duh, I knew that since I have written confirmations!

I guess I'd have to take a different point of view as this function is working fine here this morning, and has not posed a problem anytime I have checked it.
We're leaving for a week on the Magic in 9 days and then off to BCV for another week. The DCV reservations continue to show up correctly for us.

What I am doing right now while they "fix" the problem (And with Disney's IT shop that may be an issue) is clicking on "view activity" for each contract. I can then see what's going on. That's how I figured out what cleared on the waitlist yesterday!

And this is a pain because to get the FULL picture you have to look at EACH individual contract!

Disneys "USELESS" IT shop is busy screwing up Dining and On Line Check in. They tend to be VERY slow to fix the junke once they release it. (See hotel reservations. That product's been a nightmare for YEARS!)

Same for me. I can see all my reservations.

The problem is when you have more than one master contract number. The pending vacations are only listed for one and all of the contracts are now combined and listed under one heading.

My conversation with MS resulted with a, "are you sure that it's not working" and "I will refer the problem to our IT partners". :sad2:

I can't see one of my master contracts vacations, but can with my other one.

I reported it to MS, then got an email from the IT dept saying they were working on it.

This is the answer I received on Nov 6th after I reported the problem I was having via email:
"Thank you for contacting Member Services.
The challenges you are facing in viewing your Vacation Details on
dvcmember.com have been brought to the attention of our IT Partners.
They are working on identifying the cause so that they can correct the
issue. We do appreciate your concern and your continued patience as we
hope to have this resolved soon.
Thank you again for your message."

This is the answer I received on Nov 26th when I asked for an update via email:
"Thank you for contacting Member Services.
Our I.T. Department is still working to correct this issue. We do not
have an anticipated completion date when the error will be corrected.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance."

It is a little annoying because I could see vacation details on all our contracts up through late OCT. I did ask member services about it (verbally) back in OCT after I first discovered it wasn't working and they said it had already been reported. I figured since it worked before, it would only be a short time before they discovered the problem and got it fixed.... :confused3

The way I am able to get the vacation details in the meantime is like CarolA does.

1. Under Membership Details, Click on: "My Vacation Points"

2. For the contract in question, Click on: "View Activity Statement"

3. Under Select Use Year Range (I pick the longest range), then click on: "GO"

There are lots of additional details about the points, but you can get the reservation number and reservation dates and the number of points used for the reservation (and you can also see when you made the reservation. :) )

Thank you, thank you, thank you!! (Not that I'll remember how to do it, but I least I know that all of my ressies are there :lmao: )

I don't know if this has been posted, but the issue has apparently been resolved. I checked my reservations last night, and it now shows all of my trips on all of my contracts :woohoo: (hopefully it stays fixed)

Edited to add: It still doesn't work from the main page (just tried). You have to go to "my vacation points" first.

Mine was down for months, but it has been fixed for a few weeks now. I was concerned at first. It took about 3 or 4 months to fix.
