We are embarking on a 7 day disney fantasy cruise. Prior to that, we will be doing two days at the parks. We LOVE Pop Century, but it is fully booked on our dates (Thanksgiving 11/28 and 11/29). We had to split our stay up unfortunately. One day at a disney springs hotel, and one day at All Star Movies. I've been checking twice a day hoping someone cancels a stay at Pop, but so far no luck. Any advice on finding a room when it shows sold out?

To be sure, rooms book up way in advance during holidays. Only thing I can think of is to keep checking. I heard that the system resets at midnight. So if you're up late try checking a little after midnight.
If not Pop at least you may find a room for both nights at Asmu.

You can try third party sites like Expedia, etc, but also keep checking the Disney site. People do change plans, so something might become available.

You may also be running up against algorithms requiring minimum stays, since it is a holiday and they probably want to sell rooms for longer. A two day split spunds annoying though. Have you looked at offsite and renting a car? I am a huge fan of onsite at disney, but you are past 30 days do no fastpass benefit anyway, and the odds of a hotel opening up at this late juncture on a major holiday seem low.

Keep checking. I'm going next weekend (8th and 9th) and for last few months there were absolutely no value resorts or anything affordable for me. In the least 2 days (a wk out) I found a night at all star movies and sports (separately). I'm fine with the split stay
